2. General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

2.1. Access to the service

Purchasing access to the Premium Space grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the information presented on the site. It is strictly forbidden to share login credentials or reproduce content for commercial purposes.

2.2. Refund policy

The Premium Space constitutes digital content whose access and consumption are immediate after payment validation. In accordance with standards applicable to intangible digital goods, no refund or right of withdrawal is applicable once access to the content has been delivered by our system.

2.3. Liability exemption

Although The Swiss Blueprint strives to provide methods based on real legal bases and market practices, Swiss regulations (laws, cantonal ordinances, insurance rates) constantly evolve. Mentioned savings are "up to" estimates based on the gap between standard and optimized rates. The Swiss Blueprint guarantees no financial results and cannot be held responsible for an application rejection by a real estate agency, cantonal administration, or any other provider.

3. Privacy Policy & nFADP

In compliance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), we apply the principle of data minimization.

3.1. Collected data

We only collect the email address and encrypted password provided during registration to secure access to your Premium Space. This data is managed by our secure authentication partner (Memberstack).

3.2. Payment processing

Financial transactions are fully processed by Stripe's secure infrastructure. The Swiss Blueprint never has access to your credit card numbers or full bank details.

3.3. Cookie Management

This site only uses strictly necessary cookies for the technical functioning of the platform (maintaining user session via Memberstack, Stripe security tokens for payment). We do not use any intrusive third-party advertising targeting cookies (no Facebook pixel, no intrusive tracking tools). By using our authentication services, you consent to the use of these essential technical cookies.

4. Ambassador Program (Affiliation)

Users with an account can request to join the Ambassador Program by contacting support. The assignment of a custom promo code is subject to the following rules:

Commission validation: A fixed commission is recorded in favor of the ambassador only when a new user validates a finalized and undisputed payment using the ambassador's exact promo code.
Payment: Commissions due are subject to regular payout (usually monthly or upon request if the threshold warrants it) via TWINT or Swiss bank transfer, at the sole discretion of The Swiss Blueprint after verifying transaction validity.
Abuse and Self-referral: It is strictly forbidden to use your own promo code to get a discount on your own access, or to use payment manipulation techniques. In case of suspected fraud, The Swiss Blueprint reserves the right to immediately cancel codes, refuse commission payments, and block the concerned account without notice.

5. Tips Submission Program (Bounty)

The Swiss Blueprint allows its users to propose new optimization tips. Submitting information does not guarantee any automatic remuneration.

Evaluation and Premium: The Swiss Blueprint team evaluates the originality, legal validity, and relevance of the submitted information. A premium is granted only if the info is deemed novel, accurate, and is ultimately integrated into the site's content.
Usage rights: By submitting a tip, the user grants The Swiss Blueprint the right to freely use, modify, summarize, and distribute this information. The Swiss Blueprint is the sole judge of the publication decision.
Accuracy: It is strictly forbidden to submit fraudulent, illegal info, or info designed to cheat the system.

7. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These terms, the use of the platform, and all resulting contractual relationships are subject exclusively to Swiss substantive law.

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the use of "The Swiss Blueprint" is at the platform publisher's headquarters (Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland).
